The Role
Lead and deliver authentic themed cuisine nights aligned to your traditional training
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across all sections




Contribute to menu planning and cultural authenticity of specialty offerings
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
Mentor and collaborate with site culinary teams to share traditional techniques
Consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences to site residents

About You
Formally trained in traditional Cantonese, Sichuan, Mexican, Thai or Italian cuisine
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or recognised Trade Certificate
Full Australian working rights
Strong knowledge of traditional culinary techniques and food safety standards
Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening and National Police Clearance
Passionate about sharing your culinary heritage and elevating dining standards
