We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team.
About the role
As a Bartender at Shangri-La Sydney, you will play a key role in delivering a vibrant and engaging bar experience for our guests.
You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining outstanding service standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the venue.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks to the highest luxury hotel standardsDeliver warm, professional, and personalised guest service while maintaining strong product knowledgeEnsure consistency in cocktail preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and overall bar operationsMaintain stock control, beverage cost management, and accurate POS operation in line with hotel proceduresUphold RSA, HACCP, ISO *****,



and hygiene standards while contributing innovative cocktail ideas and seasonal offerings
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous bartending experience within a rapid-paced, high-volume, or premium hospitality environmentStrong cocktail and beverage knowledge with a passion for mixologyA creative approach and flair for delivering memorable beverage experiencesExceptional customer service and communication skillsA current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificateFull working rights within Australia
