Clinic Administration and Medical Screener

The Role
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our Resile Health Melbourne clinic on a full-time or part-time basis, working Tuesday - Friday.
You will provide exceptional administration and client support as well as assist with medical screening.
Responsibilities include:
Day to day running of the clinic working closely with a small local team with extensive remote support
Conducting medical screening, with appropriate training
Specimen collection, including the supervision of Drug and Alcohol testing.
Please note full training is provided.
Reception and administration duties,



including arranging appointments
Processing medical bookings
About you
You will have:
Previous medical experience and/oradministration experience
Enrolled nurse qualification highly regarded
Excellent organisation and time management skills with great attention to detail
The ability to work autonomously, or in a team environment where required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group
Can-do and proactive attitude
The ability to be versatile and adaptable to the changing needs of the business
The successful candidate must have the right to legally work in Australia.
