Senior Business Analyst | Reporting & Business Process We're looking for an experiencedBusiness Analystto join a large enterprise transformation programme, partnering with stakeholders acrossCommercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.
This role has a solid focus on understanding business processes, gathering requirements andworking with stakeholders to define reporting, analytics and KPI requirementsthat support better business decisions.
What you'll be doing
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.
Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
Gather reporting requirements, define KPIs and work with technical teams to deliver dashboards and management reporting solutions.
Analyse existing reports and identify opportunities to improve reporting capability and business insight.
Map current and future state business processes.
Work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and solution architects throughout project delivery.
Support solution design, testing, implementation and business readiness.
Drive continuous business process improvement across enterprise systems.

You'll be an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and translating business needs into practical solutions.
You'll bring experience in:
Business Analysis within enterprise environments in Retail
Gathering reporting and analytics requirements.
Working with business stakeholders to define KPIs, dashboards and management reporting.
Business process mapping and process improvement.
Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain or Operations projects.
Nice to Have
SQL
Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or similar BI tools
SAP or other ERP platforms
Agile delivery experience
