Boutique Insurance Group on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Claims Manager (broking, not insurer side) to lead end-to-end general insurance claims and deliver exceptional service.
You will own lodgment through settlement, act as main client contact, liaise with insurers, update clients, and work with the broking team to improve processes.
Essential: minimum 2 years' claims experience within an insurance brokerage; ANZIIF qualifications desirable; solid communication and organisation.
