Job Spec: This is an opportunity to step into a commercially significant client leadership role within a leading insights agency.
Working alongside a highly experienced Director, you will act as second-in-command on a major account, taking responsibility for the quality of client interactions, the standard of research outputs, and the ongoing strategic direction of the partnership.
The account represents a deep, multi-layered relationship, spanning large-scale CX and NPS programmes across a diverse portfolio of assets, alongside a steady pipeline of ad hoc work including corporate reputation, journey mapping, segmentation, brand, and pricing studies.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting and strengthening a trusted client relationship, managing day-to-day delivery and engagement
Leading conversations around CX, NPS and Voice of Customer programmes with confidence and authority
Bringing commercial acumen to monthly and quarterly reporting, dashboarding,



and the translation of insights into explicit business actionsli>
Applying strong technical expertise, with advanced quantitative skills and Q proficiency essential
