We are currently looking for anexperienced Automotive Sales Managerto join our team.
About the Role
As our Selling Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our sales department while remaining actively involved in selling vehicles.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both selling cars and managing the sales function from enquiry through to delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Actively selling prestige and performance vehicles.
Managing the day-to-day operation of the sales department.
Handling showroom, phone and online enquiries.
Overseeing the sales process from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Working closely with our Financial Controller, Sales Coordinator and support staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Implementing and improving sales processes and dealership procedures.
Monitoring sales performance and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Maintaining exceptional customer service and dealership presentation.
Taking ownership of the department and driving its continued growth.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Selling Sales Manager or high-performing Senior Sales Consultant.
Proven experience managing or mentoring a small sales team.
A hands-on leader who enjoys both selling vehicles and developing people.
Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to create structure, accountability and a positive team environment.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Current Victorian Driver Licence.
