You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate ticketing and refunds.
Work with a remote team in a collaborative setting, on a rotating Mon–Sun roster between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
Responsibilities include documenting interactions in CRM, collaborating across departments, and staying up-to-date with policies.
