What You'll Be Responsible For
You will takefull control of our service divisionand scale it.
Lead and grow a team of20+ service plumbers
Drivedaily KPI performanceacross:
Sold hours
Job profitability
Average ticket
Callback rate
Customer satisfaction
Review performancedailyand takeimmediate action
Work closely withdispatch and leadership
Step intocomplex jobsandlead by example
Train and develop technicians intotop performers
Enforcesystems, processes, and accountability
Ensure all work meetsAustralian Standards

Minimum Requirements
NSW Plumbing Licence(Drainage, Gas, LP Gas preferred)
10+ yearsresidential maintenance experience
Strongdiagnostic and fault-finding skills
Proven experiencequoting and selling
Leadership experience
Strongcommunication skills
NSW Driver's Licence
