We're looking for aEnterprise Governance Leadto take ownership of governance, risk, and legal across the organisation and ensure it is embedded, understood, and working in practice.

It is perfect for a Governance or Compliance Lead who is looking for a step into a Head of level position, someone who has the experience executing and is ready to lean in and step into a more senior enterprise level role.
About the Role
Working closely with the Managing Director and partnering across the business, you'll bringclarity, structure, and consistencyto how we operate.
This isn't a role that sits at a distance—you'll behands-on, embedded, and deeply connected to the business, ensuring governance supports progress as we scale.
You will:
Embed and strengthen governance frameworks across the organisation
Ensure enterprise risk is visible, owned, and proactively managed
Coordinate legal matters with a practical, commercial lens
Lead Risk & Audit Committee cadence, reporting, and outcomes
Bring clarity to policies, delegations, and decision‐making
Partner with leaders to build accountability and capability

Experience across governance, risk, legal, or compliance
Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders
Strong execution capability—you embed, not just design
Background working as an intermediary between legal and operations
A pragmatic, solutions‐focused mindset
Experience in a scaling or multi‐site workplace (highly regarded)
