About the Role
We supply the cleaning, consumable and hygiene products that keep early learning centres safe, compliant and running, and we do it almost exclusively for the childcare sector. That focus is deliberate. It means our team understands centre directors, National Quality Standard obligations, and why the right chemical, dilution system or product choice matters when it's used around small hands and mouths.
We're looking for a Sales Executive to take ownership of our Melbourne client base. The bulk of this role is growing the centres we already supply, understanding how each one operates, spotting where they're wasting money or risk exposure, and expanding what we do for them. Our clients stay with us because we solve problems for them, not because we're the cheapest, and this role is how that relationship gets built and deepened. New business is part of the picture, but it comes second to getting more value out of the accounts already in front of you.
This suits someone who genuinely enjoys being on the road and in front of people, who plays a long game rather than chasing quick wins,



and who can hold a credible conversation with a centre director about compliance and safety. Industry experience isn't essential, we'll teach you the products. Curiosity, discipline and the ability to build trust with a client aren't things we can teach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
