We're currently seeking a passionate and sales-driven Aesthetician / Beauty Therapist to join our growing team.
The Role
This is not a traditional beauty therapist position.
At Éramai, you'll combine advanced skincare treatments with luxury retail sales, helping clients achieve outstanding results through both treatments and premium skincare solutions.
You'll work ***** hours per week across 3–5 shifts (including weekends), with responsibilities including:
Performing LED facials and skincare treatments
Conducting personalised skin consultations
Recommending and selling premium skincare products
Upselling treatment packages, memberships, and devices
Building robust client relationships
Delivering exceptional customer service
What You'll Need




Beauty qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma, or equivalent)
Previous experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or cosmetic treatments
Confidence recommending and selling products and services
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional presentation and grooming standards
Availability to work weekends
Valid Australian working rights
Working Holiday Visa applicants with 12+ months remaining are encouraged to apply.
Experience with LED treatments, luxury retail, cosmetic clinics, or achieving sales targets will be highly regarded.
