What you'll be working on
You'll join a private‐sector focused consultancy servicing clients,
land owners and developers all around Southeast QLD (and some in northern NSW). Expect a diverse project load, including:
High‐rise & mixed‐use developments
Industrial & commercial projects
Hospitality, retail & boutique residential
What we are looking for
We're ideally seeking a Senior Planner who can hit the ground running. Someone who understands Queensland planning systems and can operate with confidence in a busy but supportive environment. You'll thrive here if you:
Have
4+ years' experience
in statutory planning / development advisory, development assessment, or planning and environmental law in Queensland
Qualifications – Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning, or a related discipline (including Urban Design, Planning & Environmental Law, Social Sciences)
Are comfortable managing clients and delivering quality written reports
Enjoy autonomy but value an open, collaborative team
Want flexibility in a close‐knitted and stable environment and interest in growing in a boutique environment
