Moyne Shire Council is seeking qualified community care workers to support frail aged people and individuals with disabilities in their own homes from Mortlake or Port Fairy services. The role involves rostering and mobile reporting, with a minimum of 15 hours per week negotiable.
Applicants must have essential qualifications and a current licence. Successful candidates will work from Port Fairy or Mortlake, with supportive supervision from the Community Care Coordinator.
