is currently seeking a motivated and reliable
Warehouse Operator
to join our
Truganina Distribution Centre
in a
full-time, Monday to Friday role
.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in accuracy, and can stay productive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
About the Role
Your day-to-day will involve a wide range of general warehouse duties, including receiving stock, loading and unloading trucks and containers, order picking and stock putaways.
A current Victorian
LO licence
would be advantageous but is
not essential
. Training and licensing will be provided to the right candidate upon successful completion of probation.
Key Responsibilities
Receive bulk freight and incoming stock
Unload trucks, trailers and containers
Stock selection and putaways using order pickers
Use RF scanning equipment, including scanners and iPads
Complete inspections and quality checks on products




Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
General use of hand and power tools

High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage changing priorities and unexpected challenges
Self-motivated, organised and reliable
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Selection Criteria
Available to work
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team setting
Strong attention to detail
Confident and effective communication skills
Adaptable and flexible approach to work
