Planned Resources are working with a well-established Town Planning consultancy who's looking for a Town Planner or a Senior Town Planner to join the team.
They do a wide range of development applications including residential (high rise, medium rise dual occs), commercial and childcare centres, aged care, subdivisions and master plans.
You will be responsible for managing the DA process, writing and lodging permit applications, responding to RFIs,



maintaining positive relationships with clients and councils to ensure the best outcome for the project.
You'll be joining a well-established company with good pipeline of projects (job stability) and a outstanding culture.
You will ideally be an experienced Town Planner with knowledge of the QLD planning system.
For Town Planner level, we are looking at 2+ years of experience.
For Senior Planner level, we are looking at 5+ years of experience.
Salary will vary depending on the level of the candidates, but we are looking at up to $120k + super at the top end (negotiable.
