The role
BYD is taking the automotive world by storm as one of the fastest-growing EV manufacturers globally - and BYD Penrith is no exception. With our service department expanding to meet growing customer demand, we're on the lookout for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing team.
What you'll do
Be the primary point of contact for service customers, delivering an outstanding experience
Book vehicles in for service, repairs and warranty work




Clearly explain service recommendations, costs and timelines
Liaise between customers, technicians and management to ensure smooth workflow
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Maintain accurate records using dealership management systems
What we're looking for
A genuine people-person with a customer-first mindset
Strong communication and organisational skills
Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive preferred but not essential)
Ability to thrive in a busy service environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital systems
