Role: Cyber Change Manager
12 months contract, possible extension

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organisational change management activities across a multi-year cyber security program—driving adoption, readiness, and sustainable outcomes across both ICT and operationally critical environments. You will lead end-to-end change activities across multiple cyber initiatives, partnering with the Program Manager, Project Managers, business leaders and SMEs to ensure people impacts are identified, managed and embedded.
Responsibilities
Developing and delivering
change strategies
across the program portfolio
Building and executing
stakeholder engagement plans
(including exec-level stakeholders)
Creating
communication plans
and translating cyber concepts for non-technical audiences
Designing
training / learning approaches
and coordinating delivery
Leading
business readiness
activities (impact assessments, readiness checkpoints, change risk assessments)
Defining and tracking
adoption measures
and reinforcement plans
Facilitating workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations
Reporting on readiness, adoption and change effectiveness
Qualifications
10+ years




delivering organisational change outcomes in large, complex organisations
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading change within
Cyber Security programs
Strong understanding of
cyber security concepts, threats and controls
Proven ability to influence leaders and guide stakeholders through complex change
Excellent written/verbal communication and robust facilitation skills
Experience applying recognised change frameworks (e.g.
Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change Management
, or similar)
A recognised
Change Management certification
(e.g.
Prosci, APMG Change Management Practitioner
, or equivalent)
Desirable
Experience in
regulated industries
/ critical infrastructure environments
Experience in large-scale program governance and multi-stream delivery
Role Closing on 7th August.
