is a busy independent Radiology clinic based in East Melbourne. This is an ideal prospect for a Medical Receptionist that is passionate about providing excellent patient care.
About the role
You will be the front-line of a leadingindependent radiology clinic. As part of our team, youwill be responsible for the smooth running of the practice and ensuring that all patients are provided withthe highest level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
Dealing with telephone enquiries and bookings
Communicating with patients: Meetand greet patients
Manage patient invoicing and receipting
Banking and accounts
Marketing and liaising with referring physicians
All other administrative duties as required and directed by the Practice Manager.

The successful candidate will have:
Previous reception work in Radiology,
Orthopaedics and NeurosurgeryPractice would be advantageous however candidates witha background as a GP medical receptionist are encouraged to apply.
A minimum of1 year medicalreceptionistexperience
Well polished excellent customer service skills, including a polite telephone manner
Immaculatepresentation
Proactive attitude and attention to detail
Previous experience with Medicare / Workcover and thirdparty accounts
A strong ability to multi task
The ability to work within a cohesive team environment
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Windows environment
Previous experience with Medical Software (practice currently usesKarisma)
The successful candidate would be expected to participate in a 5 dayrotating roster with early shifts commencing at 7.15am and late shifts finishing at 6.15pm, Monday to Fridaywith 8.30am to 2.30pm Saturday shifts once every 5 weeks.
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
