We are seeking a
Senior Property Manager
to oversee our well-maintained, high-yield portfolio of 200 mixed residential and commercial assets in the Inverloch/Gippsland region.
You will not be doing this alone. This role is supported by a dedicated, full-time Junior Property Manager who manages routine inspections, initial maintenance triage, and daily admin, allowing you to focus on high-level portfolio management, commercial compliance, and landlord relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the strategic management of a 200-property mixed portfolio.
Manage commercial leasing, outgoings reconciliations, and Retail Leases Act compliance.
Drive residential tenancy operations, complex tribunal matters, and structural renewals.
Mentor and delegate daily tasks to your full-time Junior Property Manager.




Utilise Property Tree to maintain immaculate portfolio data and financial reporting.
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of Property Management experience (mixed residential/commercial experience highly regarded).
Deep proficiency in Property Tree software.
Thorough knowledge of the Victorian Residential Tenancies Act and Retail Leases Act.
Agents Representative Certificate or Full Real Estate License.
Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and develop junior staff.
