About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder with experience in stainless steel fabrication, who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship. Based at our client's Campbellfield facility, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of high-quality conveyor systems and equipment, working set hours Monday to Friday (7:00am–3:30pm) in this permanent full-time position with overtime opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and weld components and assemblies to engineering drawings and specifications
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and other metals to a high standard of finish
Carry out metal finishing and general industrial fabrication tasks
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards
Work collaboratively with the wider production and engineering team




Maintain a clean, organised, and protected work area
About You
Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience with TIG welding (essential)
Experience with metal finishing and general fabrication techniques
Ability to read and work from engineering/technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship
A reliable, safety-conscious approach to work
Relevant trade qualification (highly regarded but not essential if experience is strong)
