Merchandise Support Officer

About the Role:
As the Merchandise Support Officer at
UFS Healthcare
, you will:
Provide high quality administrative support to the Merchandise Team and store network.
Provide excellent customer service by handling enquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
Monitor stock levels and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve stock shortages, overstock and purchasing issues.
Maintain accurate product and pricing data.
Support merchandising initiatives to ensure accurate, efficient and consistent operations across the business.
What You'll Need:
We're looking for someone who is:
Able to demonstrate exceptional
customer service skills
with a genuine ability to build relationships.
Capable of
prioritising tasks
and managing competing deadlines.
A strong
communicator
, both
verbally
and
in writing
.
Able to demonstrate
excellent attention to detail
and data accuracy.
Available to work Wednesday 9am - 1pm,



Thursdays and Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

Experienced working in
pharmacy, retail or FMCG environments
and/or experienced using
stock management
or ERP systems will be highly regarded.
