What You'll Own
Lead daily warehouse operations – receiving, picking, packing, dispatch & inventory control
Drive on-time, cost-effective logistics and transport coordination
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full WHS compliance
Oversee HACCP standards for food packaging materials
Improve systems, processes, and layout to boost productivity
Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing warehouse team
Monitor KPIs and continuously improve performance
Ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence
Work closely with the National Operations Manager and Site & Logistics Managers at other sites

What You'll Own

What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading warehouse or logistics operations
A visible, hands-on leader who builds trust and accountability
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse systems (RF Smart / NetSuite highly regarded)
Solid understanding of WHS and HACCP compliance
A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
Forklift licence preferred -and Highly Desirable
