We are looking for a friendly Medical Receptionist with previous General Practice experience to join our team.
Complete Care Preston is a family-owned practice and we have been serving the Preston community for many decades providing quality healthcare with kindness and understanding.
We are excited to have you join our team in our newly built clinic with 4 doctors' rooms, treatment room and pathology on site.
We are looking for a part time receptionist to join our team.
Key responsibilities
Providing high quality reception and secretarial services to the patients, doctors and staff
Attending to patients and visitors in person and on the phone
Making appointments and maintaining the appointment system
Creating and maintaining records
Conveying information to patients in accordance with the clinic's practice policies
Carrying out general office and administration duties




Opening and closing the clinic as required (vacuuming/tidying clinic)
Essential Skills and Attributes
Previous medical receptionist experience
Best Practice/Medical Director software experience
Genuine customer service focus and a confident, caring and professional manner
Critical attention to detail in processing billing
Ability to multitask to prioritising patient care to and work calmly in a busy workplace
Strong commitment to protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality
Solid communication and IT skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Clinic trading hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
No public holidays.
