Window & Door Fabricator | uPVC Double Glazing
Ecostar Double Glazing is expanding our manufacturing team and is seeking an experienced Window & Door Fabricator to join our new state of the art facility in Dandenong South.
Our purpose built factory is one of the most advanced uPVC window manufacturing facilities in Australia, featuring modern European machinery, efficient production systems and a spacious, well organised working environment designed for quality manufacturing.
Unlike traditional manufacturing environments, our new facility provides extensive workspace, improved workflow and a clean professional environment where skilled fabricators can focus on producing high quality products without the limitations of cramped production areas.
Working with advanced automated machinery and industry leading manufacturing processes, you will fabricate premium uPVC double glazed windows and doors for residential and commercial projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble uPVC window and door frames to production drawings and specifications.
Cut, machine, reinforce, weld and prepare uPVC profiles for assembly.




Operate uPVC welding and fabrication equipment to produce high quality window and door components.
Install glazing, hardware, gaskets and accessories to complete finished window and door units.
Operate production machinery safely while maintaining high quality standards.
Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and production documentation.
Complete quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
About You
You will ideally have experience in window and door manufacturing and take pride in producing high quality work.
We are looking for someone with:
Minimum 2 years experience in window and door fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment.
Experience manufacturing uPVC windows and doors will be highly regarded.
Experience operating uPVC welding machinery is highly desirable and will attract a higher salary package.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality products.
Experience using hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment.
Good problem solving skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
