We're looking for an experienced, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our high-performing team.

THE ROLE
A dual role combining
chairside assisting and front desk coordination
:
Patient bookings & enquiries (phone/email)
Treatment coordination, quoting & follow-ups
Managing recalls and appointment flow
HICAPS, Medicare & payment processing
Lab case tracking & admin support
Stock control & general clinic support




Chairside assisting across all aspects of general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry
Sterilization
ABOUT YOU
Dental experience required
Minimum 1-2 years of dental industry experience required
Chairside dental assisting experience is mandatory
Confident communicator with robust organization skills
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented
Comfortable discussing treatment and patient care
EXACT software experience preferred (training provided)
Dental Assistant Certificate required
Certificate III or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting required
Valid Australian work rights are required for this position

5 days | 8:0am – 5:45pm
No weekends
