We're a growing boutique design agency looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing & Events Coordinator to help elevate our brand and client experience.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of marketing initiatives while coordinating premium client events, partnerships and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, social media and email.
Coordinate corporate events from planning through to execution.
Organise event venues, suppliers, guest lists, registrations and event logistics.
Prepare run sheets and coordinate all event communications.
Provide on-the-day event coordination to ensure seamless delivery.
Create engaging content for social media, websites and marketing materials.
Manage brand consistency across all channels.




Build relationships with suppliers, venues and strategic partners.
Use AI and up-to-date marketing tools to improve creativity and efficiency.
Helping across general administration and office tasks.
About You
Experience in marketing and event coordination for a minimum of 2 years.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Proactive, creative and confident managing multiple projects.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools is highly regarded.
