Join Our Team as a Linen Packer/Porter – Bayside Health, Frankston
We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Linen Packer/Porter to join our Logistics team at Gouge, located onsite at Bayside Health in Frankston.
This hands‐on role is all about making a real difference, helping ensure hospital departments receive the clean, quality linen they need to care for patients every day.
You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team and play a key role in keeping the hospital running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
Packing and preparing clean linen orders accurately and on time
Ensuring hospital departments receive the right linen, in the right place, at the right time
Checking linen meets quality standards before dispatch
Completing paperwork and delivery dockets
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Reporting stock shortages or issues promptly
Following safety, quality, and work instructions
Working as part of a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team




Being flexible to work extended hours when required
About You
Reliable, dependable, and detail‐focused
A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture
Strong communication skills
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual work
Able to meet productivity and accuracy targets
Thrives in a fast‐paced workplace
Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence
Eligible to work in Australia
