Be the welcome face that greets our guests when they arrive.
Valet parking guest vehicles.
Assist guest with their luggage.
Deliver knowledgeable service and personalized local area recommendations to enhance their stay.

What You'll Bring
Previous hotel experience in a similar guest-facing role,



demonstrating a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Valid Driver's Licence with proven ability to safely operate guest vehicles; prior valet parking experience highly desirable.
Skilled in anticipating and promptly attending to guest needs, ensuring personalized and timely service.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to offer warm, professional greetings and farewells to guests at all times.
Valuable knowledge of the local area and support guests with reservations and information on attractions and dining.
Competent in handling guest luggage transfers and maintaining a clean, organized hotel entrance and foyer.
Experienced in coordinating guest requests across multiple departments and following up to guarantee satisfaction
