PT LHR, a Melbourne-based commercial builder, is seeking a Senior Estimator with proven Tier 2 experience to lead tender submissions and drive profitable outcomes across projects from $20M to $100M+.
Reporting to Directors, you will manage the full estimating and tender process, prepare D&C; and lump-sum bids, develop cost plans, review drawings and contract docs, and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to maximise win rates.
