We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven individual to join our Travel Tech business.
Based in Byron Bay, we are a fast-growing team seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, driven to achieve excellence and open to constantly improving.
Pay:
We pay an industry-leading hourly rate plus super plus a weekly bonus (see below).
Commission + Hourly:
Bonuses are paid weekly
Commission is uncapped
No cold calling (outbound calls are made from leads generated by the business)
Hours:
The role is Monday to Thursday, with hours from 10 am to 6:30 pm.
Half Days Friday (7 am - 12 pm).

What does the role involve?
We help our customers book camper-van rentals in Australia and New Zealand.
The position is a full time sales role with targets and uncapped commission in our office located in Byron Bay Industrial Estate.
The day-to-day role:
Profiling new customers from their inbound inquiries
Replying and building rapport via messages & telephone calls (from inbound leads generated by the business)
Matching suitable products to our customers' needs (training will be provided)
Completing the booking while on the phone with the customer
NO prior travel agency experience is required.
Sales experience is!
All training will be provided.
What do we need from you?
Have full working rights in Australia
A strong work ethic & desire to learn within the travel industry
Must have a level of sales experience
