We are currently looking for aService Advisorto join our Service Department.

About the role
As a Service Advisor, you will:
Provided end to end support for customers in the Service department
Providing customers with up to date information regarding their service booking and works
Work collaboratively with the team to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience
Ability to sell the benefits of the products and services
Attention to detail whilst ensuring high-level accuracy
Positively resolving any customer complaints or concerns
Be able to enjoy an upbeat working setting




Work as a team with other departments demonstrating a high level of professionalism
About You
The successful applicant will have:
A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Current VIC Driver's license
Eagerness to learn and up skill
Current Police Check
