We are looking for an experiencedSenior RAN Engineerto join our clients Engineering team and support the design, deployment, commissioning and optimisation of4G, 5G and microwave networks.
This role offers the opportunity to work on critical wireless infrastructure projects while collaborating with engineering, project and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy and optimise LTE and 5G Radio Access Networks (RAN).
Integrate and commission eNodeBs (eNB) and gNodeBs (gNB).
Perform RF planning, coverage and capacity analysis.
Conduct drive testing usingTEMS,Nemoor similar tools.
Design and optimise microwave transmission links.
Monitor network KPIs and troubleshoot RAN performance issues.
Prepare engineering documentation and support network upgrades.
Skills & Experience
Degree in Telecommunications, Communications or Electrical Engineering.
4+ years' experiencein RAN Engineering (LTE/5G).
Experience with RF planning and optimisation.
Hands-on experience withTEMS,Nemo,ATDI HTZand/orCambium Link Planner.
Robust understanding of microwave transmission, RF planning and network optimisation.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
