Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Gaming Lounge and Vault
Oversee gaming revenue performance, cash flow management and financial controls
Conduct daily poker machine clearances, balancing and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with all Gaming, AML/CTF and regulatory requirements
Lead, coach, mentor and develop gaming and vault team members
Manage staff rostering and workforce planning to meet operational requirements
Drive a culture of exceptional customer service and responsible gaming practices
Develop, implement and continuously improve gaming procedures and operational processes
Oversee gaming loyalty programs and member engagement initiatives
Monitor transactions and reporting in accordance with AML and CTF legislation




Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure audit readiness at all times
Coordinate and manage gaming promotions, including Bingo, raffles and gaming-related events
Prepare departmental reports, analyse performance data, and identify improvement opportunities
Oversee Keno and TAB operations and ensure service standards are maintained
Assist in the introduction of recent products, services, promotions and gaming initiatives
Contribute to departmental budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
Key Selection Criteria
Demonstrated experience in a Gaming Management or Senior Gaming Operations role
Strong understanding of Gaming Regulations, Responsible Gambling requirements, AML and CTF obligations
Proven leadership skills with experience managing, coaching and developing teams
Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional approach when engaging with members, guests, staff and stakeholders
Ability to work independently while leading a high-performing team
Strong IT and gaming systems experience, including System ****, Aristocrat systems or similar platforms
Current RSA, RCG, Advanced RCG certifications and TAB accreditation
High level of financial acumen with proven cash handling and reconciliation experience
Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
Professional presentation, time management and commitment to workplace standards
Availability to work rotating evenings, weekends and some public holidays as required
