The Opportunity
As anAssistant Store Manager at Starbucks, you'll play a key leadership role in bringing the Starbucks Experience to life.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead store operations, develop a high‐performing team, and create a welcoming third place for customers and communities.

Job Description
To be a Starbucks Assistant Store Manager
We'd love to hear from people who have:
A minimum oftwo years' progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer‐facing role
Strongorganisational, interpersonal, and problem‐solving skills
The ability tolead effectively in a fast‐paced environment
Previous experience instore leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
Experience supportingstore operationsand contributing tofinancial performance
Exposure torostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L;) reports
A proven ability todevelop teamsand foster apositive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
