Practice Manager – Thursday to Sunday |Oran Park & Harrington Park Dental Care | South-West Sydney
We are a growing dental practice with locations in Oran Park and Harrington Park, committed to providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
Our team is dedicated to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
We need someone who can collaborate closely with our Business Manager to run our two dental practices from Thursday to Sunday.
You'll lead the team, keep patients happy, and be the person both sites rely on for the back half of the week.
What you'll do:
Manage staff and daily operations primarily at Harrington Park during the week and both practices on the weekends
Keep patient flow, reception, and admin running smoothly
Be the senior point of contact on weekends, reporting straight to the owners
What we need:
Practice management or senior admin experience (dental/healthcare a plus)




Confident with practice software (Practica, Jeeves, Xero, Hicaps — or a fast learner)
A natural leader who stays calm under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team and make decisions autonomously, while also fostering a collaborative team environment.
Bachelor of Business or Diploma of Dental Practice Management desired but not essential.
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification desired but not essential.
On offer:Permanent hours, part-time role, 1-year term, genuine autonomy, and a consistent weekly roster.
Classification: Practice Manager – Grade 8 (Health Professionals and Support Services Award ****).
Saturday and Sunday Rates applied.
