Complementing these services is a fully equipped, all-abilities-accessible rehabilitation facility.
Additionally, we offer in-home services to the Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula, and surrounding areas of Geelong.
We are seeking an administration superstar with medical reception experience and a passion for customer service to join our fabulous GRC family.
Your role:
Greeting and welcoming clients into the clinic
Booking/Managingappointments for up to 10allied health staff including coordinating client home visits and meetings with external stakeholders
Maintain client files (including new registrations)




Process Patient billings & payments (including processing online claiming Medicare, HICAPS, DVA, NDIS and private invoicing)
Liaising with Support Co-ordinators for induction of new participants
General administration duties including dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and faxing
Communicate effectively with Allied Health providers, GP clinics and other external service providers
Required qualities for the role
Previous medical reception experience
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work and remain calm under pressure
Ability to work both as a team member & independently
Positive 'can do' attitude
Preferred experience
Experience in Cliniko (or similar software)
A working knowledge of PRODA and HPOS for NDIS and DVA payment processing as well as HICAPS and Medicare Billing.
