Beginning back in **** with the dream of a real Argentine Parilla Restaurant in Melbourne becoming a reality when San Telmo opened its doors to the public. Since then the group has evolved and expanded to bring more of the flavours and fun from South America to our beloved home city. Whether it's the heartwarming Italian influence coming through in dishes at Palermo Restaurant or the excitingly Spanish leaning menu at Asado Restaurant, the heart always remains the same. Focusing on traditional charcoal and fire cooking methods combined with the best quality Australian ingredients while still providing new and exciting approaches to an ancient and time proven food culture.
