About the Role
All Time Care Services is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Personal Care Worker / Disability Support Worker to provide in-home support to a participant with complex physical support needs.
This role is suited to someone who is confident with personal care, manual handling, meal assistance, mobility support, and providing calm, respectful companionship in a family home environment.
The current support hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, with the possibility of additional afternoon support from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the future.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will provide support with:
Personal care, including showering, toileting, hygiene, grooming, dressing, and continence support
Safe transfers, positioning, and wheelchair mobility support
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Supporting the participant to sit upright and safely during meals
Monitoring comfort, hydration, positioning, and general wellbeing
Providing companionship, conversation, and gentle engagement
Following the participant's established routine and family guidance
Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
Communicating clearly with family members
Completing accurate shift notes after each shift
About You
We are looking for someone who is:




Experienced in disability support, aged care, personal care, or complex care
Confident providing hands-on personal care
Calm, patient, reliable, and respectful
Comfortable working in a family home environment
Able to follow routines and instructions carefully
Confident supporting a participant independently when required
Able to communicate professionally with family members and the care team
Committed to person-centred support and maintaining participant dignity
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have or be willing to obtain:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
First Aid and CPR certificate
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Relevant experience in disability support, personal care, aged care, or community care
Full working rights in Australia
Desirable Experience
Experience supporting people with the following would be highly regarded:
Cerebral palsy or complex physical disability
Vision impairment
Manual wheelchair support
Manual handling and safe transfers
Feeding assistance and mealtime support
Personal care and continence support
