We are seeking a full-time Whitegoods Installer to join our team at Eurolink Australia Pty Ltd in Dandenong, VIC. In this role, you will be part of a two-person team responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and installation of a range of household appliances, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Safely transport and deliver whitegoods such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and dishwashers to customers' homes
Deliver and/or unpack and install the appliances, ensuring they are properly connected and functioning correctly when required
Provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions and addressing any concerns
Dispose of all packaging and waste materials in an environmentally responsible manner
Maintain a clean and tidy work vehicle, ensuring all tools and equipment are well-organized and in good condition
Liaise with the office team, when required to coordinate delivery schedules and manage any changes or issues
What we're looking for




Experience in the delivery and installation of household appliances would be an advantage, preferably in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard
A valid driver's licence and the ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle. An MR licence would be an advantage
