Due to continued growth, we are seeking a commercially minded leader to lead and grow our Workers Compensation & Injury Management practice.
This is a hands-on leadership role.
In addition to leading the practice, you will maintain a portfolio of clients and contribute to billable work, providing strategic advice and support across workers compensation and injury management matters.
About the Role
As a member of the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the performance, growth and profitability of the WC & IM practice.
Key responsibilities include:
Growing practice revenue, profitability and market presence through client development and service expansion.
Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team to achieve utilisation, quality and financial targets.
Building and expanding client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities.




Providing strategic advice across workers compensation, injury management and return to work matters.
Maintain a client portfolio and achieve billable utilisation targets while balancing leadership, growth and practice management responsibilities.
Managing practice performance, quality, compliance and operational excellence.
About You
You are a commercially focused leader with experience managing teams, clients and business performance.
You will bring:
Significant experience in Workers Compensation, Injury Management, Occupational Rehabilitation or Consulting.
Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for team performance, client growth and financial outcomes.
Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A passion for developing people and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
