Role
We are looking for an experienced Scheduler or someone with glazing experience to coordinate daily job deployment across the Melbourne region. This office-based position is part of our Melbourne team and requires regular contact with customers and tradespeople. The successful candidate will be an organised multitasker with robust communication skills. The role is based in Heidelberg West.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and allocate
daily work for tradespeople to maximise productivity
Assess
job requirements and assign appropriate resources
Communicate
with customers and provide timely job updates
Manage logistics
, including emergency and ad-hoc jobs, to meet customer needs professionally
Maintain accurate records
and update Salesforce with job and scheduling data
Skills and Experience
Prior
scheduling

glazing
experience
Strong ability to

and manage a high-volume workload with accuracy
