We're seeking an exceptional and experienced Dermal Therapist/Clinician to help develop and care for clients at our amazing Melbourne Specialty Centre - Medical and Cosmetic Laser, located in Brunswick East.

Our busy medical clinic in Brunswick East has expanded to offer a recent laser skin service to our vibrant Inner North community. In our teamwork-driven and encouraging atmosphere, we foster mutual respect and appreciation, ensuring exceptional outcomes and a genuine enjoyment of working together.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a part-time therapist to help us grow our business. We are looking for someone autonomous and motivated, with proven laser therapy experience. Cosmetic injector experience desirable.

Responsibilities:
Have a minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience and be regarded as a Senior Skin and Laser Specialist




Work with new and returning clients to guide them through their skin journey
Conduct comprehensive skin analysis and consultations
Perform clinical treatments including IPL, Vascular Treatments, Non-Ablative Skin Resurfacing and pigment treatments
Create custom skin care regimes and consult on product development
Work with a passionate and professional team that believes in what they are recommending to their clients
Skills & Experience:
Passionate about skin and truly believe in results-driven treatments
Minimum Diploma qualification in Beauty Therapy with previous work experience
Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service
Confident in selling with a focus on achieving targets
Experience and confidence with skin and laser treatments
Able to conduct skin and/or laser consultations
Must work efficiently within a team
Experience with KPIs
Positive and professional attitude
