Foodcare is seeking anEcommerce & Digital Growth Specialistto join our team on a full-time basis at our Smeaton Grange, NSW office.
This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of ecommerce strategy and digital marketing, driving significant growth across our online channels.
You will be responsible for optimising our digital presence, developing data-driven growth strategies, and delivering measurable results that directly impact the company's commercial success.

What you'll be doing
Own website content and merchandising —manage product listings, categories, banners, promotions, and landing pages in Magento, ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, and up to date.
Guide the customer journey —brief and evaluate UX/design improvements to navigation, search, page layouts, and checkout flow with our agency partner, using site data to prioritise what will lift usability and conversion.
Use data to drive decisions —monitor site analytics (traffic, conversion, bounce rates, funnel drop-off) and turn insights into concrete recommendations and A/B tests.
Own on-site SEO & AEO —manage technical SEO and AEO health (site speed, indexing, structured data), on-page optimisation, and keyword-informed content decisions to grow organic traffic.
Coordinate digital campaigns —build and launch on-site campaign pages and promotions in partnership with the marketing team.
Manage stakeholders and partners —liaise with the Head of Marketing, internal teams, and external developers/agencies to prioritise and deliver website changes.
Manage agency partner relationships —act as the day-to-day point of contact for our digital/development agency, briefing work — including UX and design improvements — managing timelines and budgets, and holding partners accountable for quality and delivery.




Stay current —bring in eCommerce and digital best practices and proactively suggest improvements to the site experience.
What we're looking for
3–5 years of professional experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or digital growth roles, ideally within a B2C or B2B ecommerce environment
Proven expertise in ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or similar systems) and the ability to manage and optimise online stores
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid search, social media advertising, SEO and email marketing
Demonstrated ability to analyse data and use insights to drive strategic decision-making and business growth
Experience with web analytics tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation platforms
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and present findings to stakeholders
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability, with a genuine passion for driving customer acquisition and retention
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and user experience (UX) principles
