Ringwood Haematology, located within Ringwood Private Hospital, is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist/Secretary to join the front office two days per week.
You will be the first contact for patients and families, needing warmth, compassion and professionalism while staying highly organised.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, billing and records, liaising with doctors, and providing general admin support to ensure smooth clinic operation.
