Production/Supply Planner (12 month Maternity Leave Contract)
Location- Woodlands Drive & Lower Dandenong Road, Braeside, Melbourne
Hours of Work- Full-time, 38 hours, Monday-Friday

The Role
Reporting to the S&OP; Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating production activities to ensure customer orders and deadlines are consistently met.
You'll work closely with multiple departments to manage workflows, optimise resources and proactively address production challenges in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
This role is located at our Braeside factory.
A key focus of the role is to maintain reliable availability of finished goods in line with the sales forecast and customer demand.
The Production/Supply Planner will develop, manage and continually optimise the production schedule, balancing priorities, inventory requirements and operational constraints.
This requires close coordination with production and other stakeholders to make efficient use of available capacity and resources,
while responding effectively to changes in demand, supply or production performance.
Key responsibilities:
Review forecasts, sales orders and inventory on hand daily
Convert demand into deliverable production plans
Develop daily and weekly production schedules
Balance production capacity, labour and equipment
Ensure Customer experience through on time delivery in full
Other duties as directed and within the incumbents' skills and abilities
About You:
You're a highly organised planner with robust analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
You thrive in a deadline driven environment and enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts to achieve successful outcomes.
You'll bring:
Demonstrated experience in production/supply planning, scheduling or a similar role within FMCG
Experience with SAP highly regarded
Strong excel and analytical skills
Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
