This full-time Senior Coffee Specialist role follows a rotating roster (32 hour/44 hour per week) across opening and closing shifts, including every second weekend and late-night trade.
What you'll do:
Welcome customers and share your passion for coffee.
Create meaningful connections by offering standout service and product knowledge.
Keep the boutique buzzing—support the team and ensure smooth operations.
Drive high-impact sales using digital tools and POS systems.
Engage customers with tastings, memberships, and your coffee expertise.
Be on the supported growth plan to grow your coffee expertise and boutique operations knowledge and experience

A coffee lover with previous retail and/or hospitality experience.
