Due to client demand and business growth, we are seeking multiple talented, positive, passionate and qualified trainer assessors who are student-centric and strive to provide an exceptional student learning experience.

Full time, Part-Time, and Casual positions available and you will be required to service both our Alexandria and Silverwater facilities
TRAINER ASSESSOR ROLES AVAILABLE IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
BSB***** Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
Health and Safety Representative
ICAM Lead Investigator
White Card
Ability to deliver the following courses to any of the above is highly desirable.
Courses to Deliver
Height Safety
Confined Space
First Aid, LVR/CPR
Emergency Response (including Confined Space Rescue, Tower Rescue and Breathing Apparatus)

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
You are a talented, positive and passionate Trainer who enjoys training and engaging with a broad group of people.
Hold the qualifications and/or units of competency in which you train and assess
Haveindustry currency in the subject matter in which you will be training and assessing
Hold TAE***** or TAE***** Cert IV in Training and Assessment
TAE trainer assessors must hold a higher level of adult education qualification e.g. Diploma level or above.
Ability to build rapport with your students and go that extra mile to assist them
Work well in a team environment
Able and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment with changing needs
Good time management
Support students to succeed in their course, whilst ensuring you maintain high standards of training and assessment
Accurately complete all training and assessment documents
Maintain vocational competency and skills in accordance with Pinnacle Safety and Training policies and procedures
