Personal Assistant to Senior Sales Executive
Be the right hand to one of Melbourne's highest-performing automotive sales professionals.
Melbourne Wholesale is one of Victoria's leading automotive wholesalers, buying and selling hundreds of prestige and wholesale vehicles every month. We're looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive and driven Personal Assistant to support one of our Senior Sales Executives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This isn't your typical administration role.
You'll become an integral part of a successful sales operation, taking ownership of administration, client communication, vehicle coordination and day-to-day business support so your Sales Executive can focus on what they do best to build relationships and closing deals.
No two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a busy diary, calendar and email inbox
Liaising with clients, dealers, transport providers and finance companies
Preparing vehicle purchase and sales documentation
Managing vehicle stock administration and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating vehicle transport and monitoring deliveries
Processing invoices and assisting with accounts payable and receivable
Preparing reports, correspondence and general business documentation




Providing proactive administrative and operational support to a Senior Sales Executive
About You
You'll be someone who naturally takes ownership, stays organised and gets things done.
Ideally you'll have:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy
The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced workplace
Confidence working autonomously while supporting a busy executive
Experience in the automotive industry (highly regarded but not essential)
Experience with Dealer Management Systems or CRM software (advantageous)
