Helloworld Travel Revesby are seeking an experienced travel consultant to join our team on a casual part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years retail travel experience combined with a great personality. We are looking for someone who understands and can demonstrate a genuine care for the customer experience by providing exception service together with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a small team but also independently without supervision.
The applicant should have a good knowledge of all facets of retail travel with particular product knowledge and sales experience in cruising (both ocean & river), air & land packages and escorted touring. The applicant should be able to provide examples of when they've delivered superior customer service and demonstrate their ability to 'close the sale'. Strong written & verbal communication skills are essential.
Sound experience using Galileo and Crosscheck Travel is highly desirable otherwise applicant needs to be willing and able to learn quickly and complete training in a timely manner.
This role is based on site in Revesby, NSW.



Our trading hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
In the role of travel consultant you will manage travel arrangements, provide expert travel advice, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure a seamless travel planning experience for clients. A passion for travel and keeping informed about the latest travel trends and products in order to offer customised travel solutions is essential.

Qualifications
Certificate 3 in Travel & Tourism
Min. 2 years previous experience as a retail travel consultant
Strong Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to handle multiple client requests
Knowledge of the travel industry and relevant booking systems is preferred.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members
